PENOSIL Foam Remover 995 Cured PU Foam Remover 320 ml

PENOSIL Foam Remover 995 is a special cleaning aerosol designed for removing cured polyurethane construction foam from tools and various surfaces. The product softens hardened PU foam, making it easier to remove mechanically.

In addition to cured foam, the remover can dissolve certain surface treatment products such as paints and varnishes. It is suitable for cleaning window frames, window sills, doors, trims and other surfaces contaminated with hardened PU foam.

Supplied in a 520 ml aerosol can with 320 ml content.

Application & Usage:

Designed for removing hardened construction foam and certain coatings in professional construction and renovation works.

Suitable for:

• Removing cured PU foam from tools and surfaces

• Cleaning window frames, window sills, doors and trims from hardened foam

• Removing paints, varnishes and other surface coatings

Application conditions:
Air and can temperature during use: +5 °C to +30 °C

Shake the can for 5–10 seconds before use. Attach the spray nozzle and apply with the can in upside-down position. Spray directly onto cured foam and allow the product to act for 5–10 minutes. Remove softened foam mechanically and wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area before use. Avoid spraying on adjacent surfaces, as the product may dissolve coatings.

Limitations:

Not suitable for cleaning the inside of foam guns.
May damage painted or coated surfaces.
Cured foam must be removed mechanically after softening.
