MORE CN23.57 Coil Nailer for Pallet Production 25–57 mm

The MORE CN23.57 is a pneumatic coil nailer designed for pallet manufacturing and industrial wood fastening applications. The tool is compatible with flat wire collated coil nails at a 15–16° angle and supports nail lengths from 25 mm to 57 mm.

The nailer is designed for nails with a shank diameter range of 2.1–2.3 mm and head diameter up to 5.9 mm. It works with CNW 23 and CNW 203 fasteners and supports high-speed fastening operations in pallet production and timber assembly environments.

The contact actuation trigger system allows rapid bump-fire operation for efficient repetitive fastening. The magazine capacity of 350 nails supports continuous production work with reduced reloading frequency.
