The PCL air hose is designed for compressed air, industrial fluid transfer and pneumatic system applications requiring durable and flexible hose performance. Manufactured from a high-performance PVC Nitrile and TPE blend, the hose combines the flexibility and handling characteristics of rubber with improved resistance to abrasion, ageing and environmental exposure.

The hose is suitable for conveying compressed air, water, oils, greases, fuels, chemicals and solvents in industrial and workshop environments. The PVC Nitrile construction provides excellent resistance to oils, fuels, UV exposure and ozone while maintaining flexibility and kink resistance during operation.

The hose is ergonomically designed for professional use and offers improved durability compared to traditional rubber hoses. The product is silicone-free and cadmium-free and complies with RoHS 3 requirements and BS EN ISO 5774 standards for compressed-air applications.
