Description
Specifications
The Simpson Strong-Tie Bulldog® C3 is a double-sided toothed timber connector designed for creating strong timber-to-timber connections using bolts, pins or dowels. The connector improves load transfer between timber elements while preventing direct contact between the connected wooden members.
Manufactured from DC01 (DX51D) steel, the connector features teeth on both sides that embed into the timber during bolt tightening. This creates a secure mechanical connection and improves the performance of bolted timber joints.
The C3 connector has an outer diameter of 73 mm, a total height of 130 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm. It is commonly used in structural timber construction where strong and reliable timber connections are required.
