Technical Description

The PCL SuperFlex hose has a length of 15 m, an internal diameter of 10 mm (3/8"), and an external diameter of 16 mm. It is supplied without fittings, allowing the appropriate connections to be selected for the intended pneumatic system.

The hose has a maximum working pressure of 14 bar / 200 psi and a burst pressure of 42 bar / 600 psi, corresponding to a 3:1 safety factor. Its specified operating temperature range is -15°C to +60°C.

SuperFlex construction provides excellent flexibility and good anti-kink characteristics. By reducing hose kinking, restriction of compressed air flow is minimized. The soft-touch surface also improves handling and user comfort.

Excellent ageing and UV resistance contribute to longer service life, while resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis expands the range of suitable working environments.
