PENOSIL Acrylic Sealant 636 Paintable Acrylic Sealant

PENOSIL Acrylic Sealant 636 is a water-based, paintable acrylic sealant designed for filling joints and cracks before painting. It provides a smooth, uniform surface and forms a flexible bond with common building materials.

The sealant features a lightweight texture for easy application and does not drip or slump in joints. It offers resistance to UV exposure and mold, making it suitable for interior applications and protected areas. Compatible with materials such as concrete, plaster, drywall, brick, wood, PVC, and construction boards. Available in 280 ml cartridges and 600 ml foil packs.

Application & Usage:

Typical applications include:

• Sealing joints between window or door frames and walls
• Filling drywall joints and screw holes
• Surface preparation before painting
• Sealing porous surfaces

Applied using a cartridge or foil gun. Surfaces must be clean and dry. Suitable application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C. Curing occurs through water evaporation, approximately 2.5–3 mm per day depending on joint size.
