PENOSIL Foam Cleaner 929 Uncured PU Foam Cleaner 500 ml

PENOSIL Foam Cleaner 929 is a special cleaning aerosol designed for removing fresh, uncured polyurethane construction foam from tools and surfaces. It provides immediate cleaning action and is suitable for professional use on construction sites and during installation works.

The cleaner effectively removes uncured foam from foam guns, clothing, tools, window frames, window sills, doors and other surfaces during application. It can be used with the supplied spray nozzle or attached directly to a foam gun for internal cleaning.

Supplied in a 650 ml aerosol can with 500 ml content.

Application & Usage:

Designed for cleaning tasks during and immediately after PU foam application.

Suitable for:

• Cleaning foam guns internally and externally right after use

• Removing uncured foam from tools and clothing

• Cleaning window frames, window sills, doors and other surfaces during installation

Application temperature: -10 °C to +30 °C.

Shake the can for 5–10 seconds before use. For surface cleaning, attach the spray nozzle and spray onto uncured foam. Allow the cleaner to act briefly and wipe with a soft cloth.

For internal foam gun cleaning, remove the foam can and attach the cleaner can to the gun. Hold the can upside down and press the trigger until the discharged liquid is clear and free of foam residue.

Limitations:

Not suitable for removing cured foam.
Flammable product.
Use only in well-ventilated areas. Vapours may cause dizziness.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
