PENOSIL GoldGun 65 is a high-yield polyurethane gun foam designed for thermal and acoustic insulation. It provides a larger foam output compared to standard foams and is suitable for demanding professional applications and harsh working conditions.

The foam features a dense and uniform structure, strong adhesion to common construction materials, and reduced post-expansion for controlled application. It is applied using a foam gun for precise dosing and efficient use. The product is supplied in a 1000 ml aerosol can (870 ml content).

Key Features:

  • Up to 49% higher foam yield compared to standard foams
  • Excellent thermal and sound insulation
  • Dense and uniform foam structure
  • Reduced secondary expansion
  • Fast curing
  • Strong adhesion to various substrates
  • Precise application with foam gun

Application & Usage:

This foam is used for insulation, sealing, and installation tasks where high performance and efficiency are required. It is suitable for large-scale jobs and professional use.

Typical applications include:

  • Thermal and sound insulation
  • Installation and sealing of doors and windows
  • Fixing wall panels, insulation boards, roof tiles
  • Filling gaps, joints, and cavities
  • Sealing connections in construction

Compatible with: wood, concrete, masonry, brick, metals, gypsum boards, EPS, roof tiles.

Usage Instructions:

Application conditions:

  • Ambient temperature: 0°C to +35°C
  • Can temperature: +5°C to +30°C (optimal +20°C)

Surface preparation:

  • Surfaces must be clean from dust, oil, and dirt
  • Lightly moisten dry substrates (above 0°C) for better results
  • Protect adjacent surfaces if needed

Application:

  • Shake can at least 20 times before use
  • Attach to foam gun in upright position (valve up)
  • Work with can upside down after mounting
  • Control foam output using gun trigger and adjustment screw
  • Fill joints approx. 65% as foam expands
  • For large gaps, apply in layers and moisten between layers
  • Cut excess foam after curing

Cleaning:

  • Use foam cleaner for uncured foam
  • Hardened foam must be removed mechanically

Curing:

  • Cures by moisture; curing speed depends on conditions
  • Protect cured foam from UV exposure
