PENOSIL Sealant Remover 990 is a powerful and effective cleaner designed to remove cured sealants, silicones, adhesives, grease, oil, wax, dirt and tar residues from various surfaces.

The spray formulation ensures easy and precise application. It is suitable for non-porous surfaces such as ceramics, metals and polymer materials. The product provides fast action and thorough removal, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Application & Usage

Suitable for:

• Removal of cured sealants, silicone, MS polymers and adhesive residues

• Removal of grease, oil, wax, dirt and tar

• Cleaning tools and equipment after use

• Surface preparation before new sealant or adhesive application

Application temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
Ensure good ventilation during use.

Instructions:
First mechanically remove large residues with a scraper or plastic spatula. Shake the can vigorously and spray onto the remaining thin layer. Allow to act for approximately 30 seconds. Scrape softened residue carefully using a suitable non-damaging tool. Wipe clean and allow to evaporate. Repeat if necessary.

Avoid spraying on adjacent coated surfaces as the product may dissolve paints, varnishes and other coatings.
