PENOSIL StoneFix 827 Adhesive Foam for Masonry and Aerated Concrete

PENOSIL StoneFix 827 is a ready-to-use adhesive foam designed for bonding construction blocks and stones in non-load-bearing interior walls. It enables faster, cleaner, and more efficient masonry work compared to traditional mortar applications.

The adhesive foam creates a durable bond within approximately 30 minutes and helps reduce thermal bridges between building elements. It is suitable for bricks, blocks, and concrete surfaces. The product is designed for year-round use in temperatures from -5 °C to +30 °C and is applied using a foam gun.

The foam forms a thin adhesive layer, reducing material consumption and simplifying application. It also allows plastering after curing.

Application & Usage:

This adhesive foam is used for bonding building blocks and stones when constructing non-load-bearing interior walls. It provides faster installation compared to traditional mortar systems.

Usage Instructions:

Application conditions:

• Air temperature during use: -5 °C to +30 °C
• Best application temperature: +20 °C
• Can temperature during use: +5 °C to +25 °C

Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be clean from dust, dirt, and oil. Dry substrates should be lightly moistened with water for improved adhesion.

Application:
Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use. Attach the can to the foam gun while holding it upright. Apply adhesive foam on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The first row of blocks must be leveled with mortar. Press surfaces together immediately after foam application.

Cleaning:
Uncured foam can be removed using Penosil Foam Cleaner or Penosil Cleaning Wipes. Cured foam should be removed mechanically after softening with Penosil Foam Remover.

Limitations:

• Does not adhere to PE, PTFE, or silicone surfaces
• Cured foam must be protected from UV exposure
• Not suitable below -5 °C

Safety Information:
Contains isocyanates. May cause allergic reactions. Extremely flammable aerosol. Use only in well-ventilated areas and wear appropriate protective equipment.
