RiveStop Manual Riveting Gun is designed for installing RiveStop sealing units in tie-bolt holes for concrete wall construction. The tool is suitable for standard wall face and hollow wall installations, providing controlled and uniform expansion of the sealing element inside the hole.

The riveting gun expands the RiveStop unit by approximately 50% of its original size and diameter, creating constant pressure against the walls of the hole and ensuring reliable sealing. The installation process is mechanically controlled, reducing the possibility of installation errors.

The tool enables installation performance of up to 120 RiveStop units per hour and is particularly suitable for fair-face concrete façades where clean and secure hole sealing is required. Recommended nozzle inner diameter is ø 3.2 – 3.77 mm. Protective glasses are recommended during operation.

The RiveStop Manual Riveting Gun is used for sealing tie-bolt holes in concrete formwork systems and exposed concrete walls. It is commonly applied in construction projects where waterproofing, façade appearance and structural finishing quality are important.

The controlled installation mechanism activates the RiveStop sealing element through uniform pressure applied by the riveting gun. Once the dowel breaks, the sealing unit is fully installed without additional adjustment.
