EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT Double Cable & Double Pipe Grommets – 2 × 4–22 mm

EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT double cable and double pipe sealing grommets are one-piece airtight grommets designed for quick and reliable sealing of two adjacent cable or pipe penetrations through windtight façade membranes. The range includes versions for 2 × 4–8 mm, 2 × 8–12 mm, 2 × 12–15 mm and 2 × 15–22 mm penetrations.

Depending on the model, the grommets are equipped with two highly flexible EPDM anti-kink sleeves with a height of 20 or 30 mm. The sleeves maintain a flexible seal around the lines, while the integrated strain relief helps reduce mechanical loading at the sealed penetrations.

The self-adhesive and tear-resistant collars are visually adapted for use with ventilated façade membranes. Depending on the variant, the collar measures 150 × 150 mm or 230 × 230 mm and uses an extremely strong polyacrylate adhesive.

The FassadenDICHT grommets are intended for exterior applications, have a specified temperature resistance from -30 °C to +80 °C, are UV-resistant and halogen-free, and can be installed from +5 °C.

The products comply with DIN 4108-7, DIN 18015-5 and GEG 2020.

Applications & Usage

The EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT double grommets are intended for sealing two adjacent cable or pipe penetrations through windtight façade membranes.

The DD3 variants are suitable for double cable penetrations such as telephone cables, electrical lines and antenna cables. The GDD21 variant is designed for double pipe penetrations with a diameter of 2 × 15–22 mm.

An opening corresponding to each penetration diameter should be made in the windtight membrane. The correctly sized sealing grommet is then bonded according to the manufacturer's installation instructions.
