EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT Pipe Sealing Grommet – RGD50–RGD250

EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT pipe sealing grommets are one-piece airtight pipe sealing grommets designed for quick and permanent sealing of pipe penetrations through windtight façade membranes. The range covers pipe diameters from 50 to 270 mm and is intended specifically for exterior applications.

Each grommet features a highly flexible 60 mm high EPDM anti-kink sleeve that provides a permanently flexible seal around the pipe and includes integrated strain relief. The self-adhesive, tear-resistant adhesive collar is visually adapted for use with black ventilated façade membranes and provides a durable connection to the windtight layer.

The adhesive system uses an extremely strong polyacrylate adhesive. The grommets are temperature-resistant from -30 °C to +80 °C, UV-resistant and halogen-free. Installation is specified from +5 °C.

The FassadenDICHT range complies with DIN 4108-7, DIN 18015-5 and GEG 2020.

Applications & Usage

The EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT pipe sealing grommet is intended for airtight sealing of pipe penetrations through windtight façade membranes. The correct grommet should be selected according to the pipe diameter.

For installation, an opening corresponding to the pipe diameter is created in the windtight façade membrane. The grommet is then bonded to the membrane according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. The integrated EPDM sleeve seals flexibly around the pipe, while the adhesive collar creates the connection to the windtight layer.
