Makita XGT® BO004CG Random Orbital Sander, 40Vmax, 150 mm, Brushless

The Makita XGT® BO004CG is a 40Vmax brushless random orbital sander designed for professional fine sanding with a 150 mm backing pad and 3 mm orbit. The motor delivers a variable speed range of 6,000–10,000 min⁻¹, making it suitable for surface preparation, intermediate sanding and fine finishing on wood, paint, filler and metal surfaces.

The tool features an integrated dust extraction system and can be connected to a dust collector or compatible vacuum via AWS (Auto-Start Wireless System) for cleaner working conditions. XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) improves resistance to dust and moisture, allowing use in demanding site environments. The battery is connected via an adapter and cable, keeping the tool head compact and lightweight for comfortable overhead and vertical sanding. Hook & loop pad fastening enables quick, tool-free abrasive disc changes. Constant speed control, soft start, electric brake and anti-restart function improve both safety and surface quality.
