Makita XGT® GA038G Angle Grinder (40Vmax; 230 mm; Brushless)

The Makita XGT® GA038G is a high-performance 40Vmax cordless angle grinder with a 230 mm disc, designed for heavy-duty cutting and grinding applications. Its compact brushless motor delivers up to 6,600 rpm no-load speed, providing sufficient power for demanding professional work on concrete, masonry and steel.

The GA038G features variable speed control via a dial, allowing the user to adapt the speed to the accessory and material. Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) stops the motor if the wheel suddenly binds, increasing operator safety. The tool is equipped with Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) for remote activation of compatible dust extractors via Bluetooth, helping to keep the work area cleaner.

A tool-less wheel guard makes it quick to adjust and position the guard. Soft start improves control during start-up, while an NVR safety switch prevents unintentional restart. XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) provides enhanced dust and water resistance for use in harsh jobsite conditions. Supplied as a body-only tool (battery and charger not included).
