Makita XGT HP001G Cordless Hammer Drill Driver (40Vmax; 140 Nm; Brushless)

The Makita XGT® HP001G is a high-power 40Vmax cordless hammer drill driver with a brushless motor, designed for intensive professional drilling and screwdriving tasks. It offers two mechanical speeds with no-load speeds of 0–650 and 0–2,600 min⁻¹ and a maximum tightening torque of 140/68 Nm (hard/soft), making it suitable for heavy-duty applications where high torque and continuous operation are required.

The tool features a selectable impact mode for hammer drilling in masonry, providing up to 9,750 / 39,000 blows per minute (low/high). With drilling capacities of up to 20 mm in masonry and steel and up to 50 mm in wood with auger bits (76 mm with self-feed bits and 152 mm with hole saws), the HP001G covers a wide range of construction and installation work.

The XGT® system ensures optimal power transfer via digital communication between the tool and battery. AFT (Active Feedback sensing Technology) stops the motor if the bit suddenly jams, increasing user safety. The built-in LED light improves visibility in dark work areas, while the battery protection system automatically cuts power in case of overload, deep discharge or overheating.
