The Makita XGT® JV002G is a powerful 40Vmax brushless jigsaw engineered for demanding cutting tasks in wood, metal and panel materials. With a stroke rate of 0–3,500 min⁻¹ and a 26 mm stroke length, it delivers fast and controlled cutting performance. The large base plate improves stability and accuracy, while the pendulum (orbital) action has 3 positions for adjusting cutting aggressiveness depending on the material and required finish.

Constant speed control keeps cutting speed stable under load, which is essential when working in thicker materials or on long cuts. The saw features tool-less blade change, making it quick to swap blades between different applications. The soft no-load function allows easy alignment of the blade with the cutting line before entering the material, improving precision at start-up.
