PENOSIL All Weather Sealant 919 – Instant Waterproof Roof Sealant 300 ml

PENOSIL All Weather Sealant 919 is a rubber-based sealant with instant water resistance. It is silicone-free and designed for quick façade and roof repairs, even during rain or wet conditions.

The sealant provides good adhesion to most common roofing materials and can be applied on damp, slightly oily or bituminous surfaces. It remains highly elastic, does not sag on vertical surfaces and does not flow in joints. After curing, it is resistant to UV radiation, mould and weather exposure. The cured sealant can be painted.

Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Supplied in a 300 ml plastic cartridge (12 pcs per box).

Application & Usage

Suitable for:

• Roof repairs, including bituminous surfaces

• Sealing and repairing rainwater systems

• Fast crack filling on wet or slightly oily surfaces

• General façade and roofing sealing works

Application temperature: -5 °C to +40 °C (see limitations below).

Surfaces must be clean from dust and loose contaminants. Non-porous substrates may be damp; porous substrates must be dry. Apply using a caulking gun and smooth with a rubber spatula. In wide or movement joints, use polyethylene backer rod to ensure correct joint geometry and avoid three-sided adhesion.

Ensure adequate ventilation during curing.

Cleaning:
Uncured sealant can be removed with solvents such as white spirit or acetone, or with cleaning wipes. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically.

Limitations:

• No adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE

• Do not use below +5 °C

• Not recommended for natural stone such as marble or granite

• Long-term underwater exposure may cause yellowing

• Solvent-based paints may slow curing
