PENOSIL Fast Foam Adhesive 888 Fast Acting Adhesive Foam 830 ml

PENOSIL Fast Foam Adhesive 888 is a fast-acting polyurethane adhesive foam designed to replace traditional cartridge adhesives in a wide range of interior and exterior applications. It ensures strong adhesion to various substrates while reducing installation time.

The product is solvent-free and has low VOC content. It cures quickly and provides durable bonding for insulation boards, panels and construction elements. Supplied in a 1000 ml aerosol can with 830 ml content, it is intended for application with a foam gun.

One 830 ml can is sufficient for bonding up to 12 m² of insulation boards (depending on substrate and conditions).

Designed for bonding, fixing and installation works in construction and renovation projects.

Suitable for:

• Fixing insulation boards to facades and foundations

• Installation of interior design panels

• Securing window sills (as adhesive only, structural support required)

• Fixing wooden, gypsum and decorative panels

• Reinforcing screw joints and reducing screw usage

• Installation of carpentry elements, doors and floor coverings

• Fixing gypsum decorations

Adheres to XPS, EPS, PIR, PUR insulation panels, rigid wool, concrete, bitumen (testing recommended), wood, gypsum board, construction panels, bricks and blocks.

Application conditions:
Air temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C (check adhesion if used below +5 °C)
Can temperature: +5 °C to +25 °C (optimal +20 °C)

Shake the can at least 20 times before use. Attach to a foam gun and apply with the can held upside down. Surfaces must be clean from dust, dirt and grease. Lightly moisten dry substrates for improved curing.

Limitations:

Does not adhere to PTFE, polyethylene or silicone surfaces.
Cured foam must be protected from UV exposure.
Not recommended for use on bitumen surfaces (test before use).
Not intended for load-bearing applications or load distribution.
Window sills must have additional structural support.
