PENOSIL GoldGun 65 Plus is a premium-quality one-component polyurethane gun foam with increased yield, designed for demanding insulation and installation works. It provides effective thermal and sound insulation and is suitable for professional use even in harsh working conditions.

The foam features increased density and strength with a very uniform and lightweight structure. It delivers up to 43% more foam output compared to standard foams and ensures controlled secondary expansion, making it suitable for delicate constructions. The product cures quickly and can be applied in air temperatures from –15 °C to +30 °C. Supplied in a 1000 ml aerosol can with 850 ml content, it is intended for use with a foam gun for precise and controlled application.

Application & Usage:

Designed for professional installation and high-volume insulation works where large foam output and consistent quality are required.

Suitable for:

• Demanding window and door installation

• Large-scale insulation and gap filling works

• Fixing wall panels and insulation boards

• Insulating and securing pipes in openings

Adheres well to wood, concrete, masonry, brick, most metals, gypsum boards, EPS and roof tiles.

Application temperature (air): –15 °C to +30 °C (optimal at +20 °C).
Can temperature during application: +5 °C to +25 °C (optimal at +20 °C).

Shake the can at least 20 times before use. Attach to a foam gun and apply with the can upside down. Surfaces must be clean from dust, dirt and oil.

Limitations:

Cured foam is sensitive to UV radiation and must be covered.
Not suitable for permanent contact with water.
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.

Safety:

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container. Contains isocyanates (including 4,4’-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate isomers and homologues). Professional training required before industrial or professional use (from 24 August 2023). Use appropriate respiratory protection in poorly ventilated areas.
