Specifications
PENOSIL Neutral Sanitary Silicone 350 is a general-purpose neutral cure silicone sealant designed for sanitary, finishing and ventilation sealing works. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture, forming a permanently elastic silicone rubber joint.
The added fungicide ensures excellent mold resistance. The sealant is UV and ageing resistant, resistant to household chemicals and does not cause corrosion on metal surfaces. Its non-slump consistency allows application on vertical joints with excellent workability.
Suitable for interior and exterior applications, including metal substrates.

Application conditions:
-
Air temperature during application: +5 °C to +40 °C
Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust, oil and contaminants. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a lint-free cloth. Remove excess solvent before evaporation.
Application:
Cut the cartridge tip and attach the nozzle. Cut the nozzle to the desired opening. Apply evenly using a caulking gun. Smooth with a suitable tool and remove excess sealant immediately. For wide joints, use a backing rod to avoid three-sided adhesion. Ensure proper ventilation during curing.
Cleaning:
Uncured sealant can be removed with solvents such as white spirit or acetone, or with special cleaning wipes. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically or with silicone remover.
