PENOSIL Roof & Facade Crystal Transparent Hybrid Sealant 290 ml

PENOSIL Roof & Facade Crystal is a transparent hybrid sealant designed for outdoor repair, sealing and renovation work on roofs and facades. It is suitable for sealing joints exposed to weather conditions while maintaining a clean and visually unobtrusive finish.

The sealant combines strong mechanical properties and high elasticity similar to silicone, while also being paintable. It provides excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces, including concrete, brick, plaster, metal, wood, glass and plastics. The product is non-corrosive and suitable for a wide range of construction materials.

Supplied in a 290 ml plastic cartridge, the sealant is applied using a standard sealant gun. It is designed for both interior and exterior sealing applications where durability and flexibility are required.

Application & Usage

This sealant is used for sealing and protecting joints exposed to weather conditions in construction and renovation work. It is suitable for sealing joints around chimneys, pipes, roof elements and facade connections.

Typical applications include sealing rainwater gutter joints, facade expansion joints, external window and door frames, and connections between metal and concrete. It can also be used for general sealing of airtight joints both indoors and outdoors.

Surfaces must be clean, dry or slightly damp, and free from dust, grease and old sealant residues. The product is applied using a sealant gun and excess material should be removed before curing.

Restrictions apply for use on bitumen surfaces and certain plastics such as PE, PP and PTFE.
