PENOSIL SpeedFix All Exterior 777 – Hybrid Polymer Adhesive Sealant 290 ml Grey

PENOSIL SpeedFix All Exterior 777 is a general-purpose hybrid polymer adhesive sealant designed for exterior applications. It combines strong adhesion with sealing performance and is suitable for a wide range of construction substrates.

The product provides high initial grab and forms a durable bond resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions. It does not shrink during curing, does not cause corrosion on metals and offers good vibration and sound dampening properties. The cured joint can be painted.

Suitable for outdoor use and can also be applied indoors.

Supplied in a 280 ml plastic cartridge (12 pcs per box). Colour: Grey.

Application & Usage

Suitable for:

• Exterior bonding and sealing works

• Fixing skirting boards, profiles, insulation and decorative panels

• General construction bonding requiring strong and fast initial adhesion

• Bonding in ventilation, drainage and automotive applications

• Sound and thermal equipment installations

Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust, grease and oil. Apply adhesive using a caulking gun. Press the bonded element firmly into place immediately after application and support until fully cured. Ensure proper ventilation during curing.

Cleaning:
Uncured adhesive can be removed with water, PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes 941 or organic solvents such as white spirit or acetone. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for aquarium or underwater sealing

• Adhesion test required on natural stone before use

• No adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®)

• Compatibility test recommended on unknown substrates
