PENOSIL SpeedFix Construction 878 Adhesive Foam 750 ml

PENOSIL SpeedFix Construction 878 is a multi-purpose adhesive foam designed for interior and exterior construction works. Supplied with a special EasyGun applicator, it is suitable for bonding insulation boards, window sills, construction blocks and various building panels.

The foam provides strong adhesion and good thermal and acoustic insulation properties. It features low secondary expansion and low expansion pressure, ensuring safe application on delicate structures. Suitable for year-round use in air temperatures from -5 °C to +30 °C. The product can be applied either with the attached EasyGun applicator or with a professional foam gun.

One 750 ml can is sufficient for up to 10 m² of insulation board installation (depending on conditions and substrate).

Application & Usage:

Suitable for:

• Installation of thermal insulation boards on facades and basements

• Installation of window sills

• Fixing interior finishing panels to walls

• Bonding construction blocks in non-load-bearing partition walls

• Sealing narrow gaps between insulation or construction boards

Adheres to insulation panels, rigid wool, concrete, wood, gypsum board, construction panels, bricks and blocks.

Application conditions:
Air temperature: -5 °C to +30 °C (optimal +20 °C)
Can temperature: +5 °C to +25 °C (optimal +20 °C)

Shake the can at least 20 times before use. Apply with EasyGun or foam gun with the can held upside down. Surfaces must be clean from dust, dirt and oil. Lightly moisten dry substrates for improved curing.

Limitations:

Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
Cured foam must be protected from UV exposure.
Not recommended for use on bitumen surfaces (test before use in specific cases).
Not intended for load-bearing applications or load distribution.
