PENOSIL SpeedFix Cyano 007 – 2K Cyanoacrylate Super Glue Set

PENOSIL SpeedFix Cyano 007 is a two-component super glue system consisting of a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator. It ensures extremely fast curing and a very strong bond, even on porous and uneven surfaces.

The high initial bond strength combined with the activator enables rapid fixing of components within seconds. The adhesive is suitable for vertical applications and joints requiring high load resistance. It is particularly effective where accelerated curing time is required.

Supplied as:

• 50 g cyanoacrylate adhesive tube

• 200 ml aerosol activator

Application & Usage

Suitable for fast bonding of various materials, including some porous and acidic surfaces where short curing time is required. Commonly used for MDF, wood-based materials, rubber, most plastics and leather.

Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C.

Application method:
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose particles. Apply a drop of cyanoacrylate adhesive to one surface. Spray activator onto the opposite surface. Join the parts and press firmly together for several seconds.

For contact bonding, ensure close-fitting parts and relatively smooth surfaces for optimal results.

Remove excess adhesive immediately with a dry cloth. Once cured, adhesive residues are very difficult to remove and must be removed mechanically.

Limitations:

• No adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®)

• Adhesion may be limited on very low surface energy plastics

• Not suitable for fiberglass, polystyrene or synthetic fibers

• Not suitable for food-contact applications

• Not suitable for electrical device assembly

• Store unopened in original packaging away from heat and strong light

• Activator is highly flammable and pressurized
