PENOSIL SpeedFix High Tack 707 – High Grab Hybrid Adhesive 290 ml White

PENOSIL SpeedFix High Tack 707 is a high-viscosity hybrid adhesive designed for extremely strong and instant initial grab. It is suitable for demanding interior and exterior bonding applications where immediate holding power is required.

The adhesive provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction materials and can be applied on damp surfaces. It does not cause corrosion on metals, cures quickly without shrinkage and offers vibration and noise dampening properties. After curing, it is resistant to UV radiation, weather conditions and ageing.

Supplied in a 290 ml cartridge. Colour: White.

Application & Usage

Suitable for:

• Bonding metal, stone and wooden structures in general construction

• Industrial and mechanical bonding requiring strong and fast adhesion

• Applications where vibration and noise reduction are required

• Bonding interior and exterior panels and boards

• Use in trailers, caravans and trucks

Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.

Surfaces must be clean, free from dust, oil and loose particles. Apply using a caulking gun. Press the bonded element firmly into place immediately after application. Support until fully cured. Ensure proper ventilation during curing.

Cleaning:
Uncured adhesive can be removed with solvents such as acetone or with PENOSIL Cleaning Wipes. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for glazing applications

• Not suitable for concrete surfaces

• Not suitable for substrates releasing oils or plasticisers (rubber, chloroprene, EPDM etc.)

• No adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE

• Not suitable for aquarium or underwater sealing

• Test before use on natural stone

• Do not use below +5 °C
