RiveOut Extraction Tool – RivePipe removal tool

The RiveOut tool is specifically designed to remove the RivePipe formwork tube from concrete walls easily, quickly and without damage to the concrete surface. 
By removing the RivePipe, the risk of leaks along the joint of a conventional PVC sleeve and the concrete is eliminated. 
The result is a clean, smooth, uniform void in the concrete wall—free of embedded plastic—and ready for sealing. 

Usage:

• After the concrete wall has set and the formwork has been removed, insert the RiveOut tool into the RivePipe tube and screw the head clockwise into the sleeve. 

• Then perform a counter-weight linear pull from the wall outward on both sides of the wall to extract the male and female parts of the RivePipe. 

• Once extracted, eject the RivePipe from the tool and reuse the RivePipe tubes in further works.

Installation & Use Recommendations:

• Ensure that the RivePipe tube is correctly installed within the formwork system, consistent with wall thickness and tie-rod position.

• After concrete placement and formwork stripping, insert the RiveOut tool through the tube, engage the head, and extract both parts of the RivePipe from both sides of the wall.

• Once the RivePipe is removed, the hole is ready to be sealed (for example using the RiveStop plug system). 

• Store the tool clean and inspect for wear before reuse, and follow any specific manufacturer instructions for maintenance and safe use.
