SENCO GT40i-SCP Gas Concrete Nailer – 15–40 mm, 90 J

The SENCO GT40i-SCP concrete nailer is a gas-powered fastening tool designed for demanding fastening applications in concrete and steel. It is intended for professional installation work such as ceiling framing, drywall track fastening, framing channels and concrete formwork.

Technical Description

The SENCO GT40i-SCP gas nailer delivers 90 J of fastening energy and drives steel and concrete pins from 15 to 40 mm. It uses 0° plastic-collated fasteners, and the magazine holds 20 fasteners. The tool operates at up to 2 shots per second.

Compatible fasteners have a head diameter of 6.1–6.3 mm and a shank diameter of 2.7–3.02 mm. Both smooth-shank and stepped-shank pins in lengths from 15–40 mm are specified.

The tool features tool-free drive depth adjustment, dry-fire lockout, an LED power indicator, comfort grip, belt hook and work contact element.

Power is supplied by a 7.2 V 2.5 Ah Li-Ion battery. Two batteries are included, with a specified full charging time of 120 minutes and up to 8000 shots per charge.

The system uses a 40 g, 165 mm gas cartridge with a specified capacity of up to 1200 shots per cartridge. Operating temperature is -7°C to +49°C.

The charger specification is 230 V / 50 Hz with a continental plug. Net tool weight is 3.8 kg. Specified sound pressure is 101.4 LpA, sound power 104.1 LwA, and vibration level 2.83 m/s².
